What is Punchneedle Embroidery?
The art of punch needle
embroidery is an old form of needle art that has become "new"
again. This form of needle art is worked on weaver's
cloth, placed in a hoop, with embroidery floss and a needle-like
tool. Tiny loops of thread are formed on the backside of
your working surface, creating your design. When finished,
these pieces are quite small and resemble tiny hooked rugs.
This needle art is easy to learn and can be enjoyed by all ages!
